New Measures Taken by the Student Housing Service Division for the Prevention of COVID-19 for the 2021 Academic Year

Measures taken by the Student Housing Service Division in Response to the Ministry of Education 10/04/21 “Guidelines for the Prevention and Management of Severe and Special Infectious Respiratory Diseases in College Campuses for the 2021 Academic Year

 

  1. Dormitory Activities:
    1. In-person safety drills and various dormitory activities will be restored; each dormitory shall control the attendees up to 80 people indoors or above 80 people indoors with social distancing of at least 1.5 meters per person (2.25 square meters per person), or 300 people outdoors.
    2. During activities, eating and drinking will be prohibited, and disinfectant will be provided at the venue. Participants must abide by contract tracing, measure temperature, wear a face mask at all times, and maintain social distancing.
  2. Visitation Regulations:
    1. Visitation will be allowed according to the NTU Student Dormitory Management Regulations and NTU Student Dormitory Entry/Exit and Visitation Regulations.
    2. Visitors must abide by contract tracing, measure temperature, wear a face mask at all times, and maintain social distancing.
    3. Visitors undergoing their self-health management period may not enter the dormitories and the campus.
  3. Dormitory Common Spaces:Eating together will be allowed in the dormitory common spaces; social distancing of at least 1.5m per person must be done.
